Pilates Method
Pilates Method is a system of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900’s. This program is designed to return the student to life and health by balancing muscular tension at the joint level. This is achieved using equipment, designed by Pilates to build strength and flexibility.
It is a great pairing with pole dancing fitness or as a fitness source by itself. It is for every body type and is therefore able to work each person individually.
